SQIL 2007 : Quebec Free Software week

The 4th edition of the Quebec Free Software week (SQIL) will take place September 15th to 23rd. The aim of this week is the promotion of the advantages of the Free/Open Sources software in Quebec with various activities in each area of Quebec. This week is organized by FACIL and the members of the community of the free/open source software in Quebec.

As a corporate member of the free/open source software community in Quebec, Savoir-faire Linux is proud to support the conference : Free culture, innovation in network: Free Software as a social phenomenon. This event, organized by LabCMO and LRGR, will take place at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) on September 17th and 18th. Various forms of network collaboration emerging from the free software community will be discussed.
