System administrator - Technical support
For our support center, we are looking for administrators and free software Consultant with a significant experience with GNU/Linux, Unix and/or Oracle.
You will be joining our support team and as such, you will be responsible for:
- providing support to customers: answer phone calls and emails, log them in the ticket system,
- identifying problems and solving level 1 and 2 problems on line with the client,
- transferring and following level 3 problems,
- ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customer and
- taking part of the night shift rotation with the pager.
You have a strong knowledge of Open Source technologies and Open Source softwares. You are bilingual french/english, autonomous and team-player. You have a good problem analysis and communication skills.
